Laura L. Phelps specializes in farm program policies and agricultural issues by monitoring the legislative process and administrative actions pertaining to clients' interests. She assists clients in effective communications to government decision-makers and within their own organizations. She previously served as Legislative Director to former U.S. Representative Robin Tallon of South Carolina.
