Since joining the firm in 2008, Elisabeth Kidder has devoted the majority of her practice to representation of corporate clients in federal and state commercial litigation matters, with a focus on construction, real estate and business law. Ms. Kidder has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, mediation, settlement, and trial.  Ms. Kidder also frequently assists clients with matters relating to the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA").
